黄鳝是凉性还是热性

鳝鱼不但为席上美味,其肉、血、头、皮均有一定的功效与作用。据《本草纲目》记述,鳝鱼有补血补气、补气血、消炎、消毒杀菌、除风湿等作用。鳝鱼肉茯苓功效甘、温,有补中益血,治亏虚之作用,民俗用于当药,可医治虚劳咳嗽、寒湿身痒、肠风痔漏、耳聋等症。鳝鱼头煅灰,空肚热酒吞服,能冶疗女性乳核硬痛。其骨当药,兼治臁疮,功效颇明显。其血迹入耳中,能冶疗漫性化脓性中耳炎;滴进鼻中能冶疗鼻衄(鼻出血);非常是外敷时要治枕大神经痛,颜面神经麻痹。

泥鳅是归属于性温的食材,来月经,怀孕都能够吃。每日吃并不是不太好,仅仅哪些东西如果天天吃都是很腻的,乃至吃伤,建议還是有时候适当为好。

吃泥鳅的益处

1、泥鳅含有DHA和大豆卵磷脂它是组成身体人体内脏组织细胞质的主要成分,并且是大脑神经不能缺乏的营养成分;

2、泥鳅特含降低血糖和调整血糖值的“泥鳅素”,且含有人体脂肪非常少是糖尿病人的理想化食品;

清炖鳝鱼的做法:

原材料:泥鳅400g,蒜2头,生姜,小香葱各10g,纯粮酒2汤勺(30Ml),酱油2汤勺(30Ml),镇江香醋3汤勺(45ml),白糖3汤勺(45g),黑胡椒粉1汤匙(5g),油2汤勺(30Ml)。

作法

1、将泥鳅除去内脏器官后用温开水洗去泥鳅的身上的粘液,没去骨,切割成寸断预留。

2、将小香葱冼净切割成小段;生姜、蒜清洗切成片预留。

3、大火烧热炒菜锅中的油至八成热,放进生姜片、大蒜、小香葱段炒成香气,倒进泥鳅段,添加纯粮酒、酱油、镇江香醋、白糖煸炒3分鐘,倒进沸水,水未过泥鳅,盖上盖子改为文火炖30分钟。

4、30分钟后,火灾收汤,待料汁粘稠撒上黑胡椒粉,装点些小香葱碎就可以起锅。小技巧洗泥鳅时要较热的水较为非常容易除掉泥 2 鳅的身上的粘液,但也不可以太烫,不然会烫掉泥鳅的身上的皮。
