一、红酒椒香烤羊排

做法

1、将羊排洗净放入锅中,大火煮沸后撇去浮沫。

2、放入大葱,姜片和花椒,八角,小茴香,调入酱油和盐,盖上盖子,用高压锅煮15分钟。

3、红酒中孜然粉、黑胡椒粉、海天特辣酱调成酱汁,烤盘上铺上锡纸,预热烤箱,230度。

4、将煮熟的羊腿取出放入烤盘中,先趁热刷一层调好的酱汁,再撒一层孜粒。

5、如果羊排不够咸,可以在撒孜然之前撒少许盐。放入烤箱中层,烤10分钟即可。

二、鲔鱼通心粉沙拉

材料:通心粉、西芹、樱桃小番茄、生菜、紫椰菜、白煮蛋、水浸金枪鱼罐头、美乃滋、洋葱末、西芹末、柠檬汁、胡椒粉、盐、橄榄油。

做法

1、在煮沸的盐水(1%浓度)中加少许橄榄油,放入通心粉,按照包装袋上的指示时间,煮熟捞起沥干备用。

2、白煮蛋用割蛋器割成片。

3、所有蔬菜洗净滤去水分。 西芹削去老筋后切小段、小番茄对半切开,生菜和紫椰菜切丝。

4、将金枪鱼罐头沥去汤汁,取1/2罐鲔鱼肉压碎,与所有的酱料材料混合均匀成鲔鱼沙拉酱。

5、将通心粉和其他所有切好的材料加上另1/2罐鲔鱼肉混合装入碗内,淋上鲔鱼沙拉酱即可。

三、奶油土豆浓汤

材料:土豆一个、洋葱半个、培根3片、牛奶250毫升、淡奶油少许、高汤250毫升、盐、胡椒粉、橄榄油各适量。

做法

1、先把土豆切成薄片,将洋葱和培根均切成条。

2、炒锅中稍稍烧热一点后,放入培根条用小火慢慢的煎至培根出油、变脆后,盛出备用。

3、炒锅中放入橄榄油烧热后,放入洋葱丁煸炒出香味后,放入土豆片煸炒均匀,倒入高汤,用小火 把土豆煮软后,关 火。

4、把煮好的蔬菜和汤一起倒入搅拌机中,打成蔬菜汤。

5、把打好的蔬菜汤倒回炒锅中,倒入鲜牛奶和淡奶油,重新开小火,边加热边搅拌,煮开后,放入胡椒粉和盐调味,关火。

6、把煮好的浓汤盛入碗中,放上煎好的培根条点缀即可。

四、什锦吐司披萨

材料:杂菜,火腿,马苏里拉奶酪,车打奶酪,红菜椒,沙拉酱,芝麻,法香,吐司。

1、首先把杂菜解冻,然后洗干净,放进开水里面焯一下,捞出控水。

五、培根芦笋卷

材料:培根,芦笋,黑椒碎。

做法

1、把芦笋改刀切成比培根宽度略长的长度,放入加了少许食用油和盐的开水锅焯水,焯好后捞出迅速浸入加了冰块的凉开水里。

2、培根一切为三备用。取一小处培根片,包入2根芦笋,卷起,用牙签固定。然后依次做好全部。

3、将做好的芦笋卷入平底锅,煎至培根微微焦黄,撒上黑椒碎即可。

六、菠菜金针菇培根卷

材料:培根、菠菜、金针菇、食用油、黑胡椒、盐。

做法

1、首先把菠菜和金针菇分别摘洗干净,然后放入开水锅中焯水后捞出,沥水备用。

2、培根一切两半,取其中的一半,按照下图的样子,先后铺上菠菜和金针菇,卷起来。

3、把卷好的培根卷用牙签固定一下,放入滴入少量食用油的炒锅里用小火煎制,并撒上少许的黑胡椒和盐调味即可。

墨西哥美食独具特色,墨西哥的食品离不开玉米和辣椒。墨西哥风来了,嗜辣的童鞋千万别错过! 材料:红、黄甜椒各1个,新鲜青辣椒1根,特纯橄榄油5汤匙,大蒜2小瓣,无骨鸡脯4块,每块约175克,盐、黑胡椒适量,莱姆(青柠)或柠檬1/2个。

做法:

1、烤炉高温预热。甜椒、青辣椒洗净沥干,甜椒各切为4等份,去籽。甜椒切口朝下放在烤架上,再放上辣椒,烤15分钟,至椒皮起泡并呈棕色,但不要烤焦。其间翻转一下青辣椒。

2、在大碗中倒入半汤匙橄榄油,其余的橄榄油倒入小沙拉盆中。大蒜去皮拍碎。大碗及沙拉盆中各放一半大蒜。

3、鸡脯放入大碗中搅拌,直至均匀地裹上橄榄油。撒上黑胡椒,然后把带鸡皮一面朝上放在烤架上,烤7─8分钟,至鸡皮起泡并呈金黄色。将鸡脯翻转,再烤7─8分钟。

4、甜椒和辣椒表皮起泡后,放入碗内,加盖,置一旁冷却。鸡脯烤好时,将莱姆或柠檬汁挤入沙拉盆中,加盐、黑胡椒调味。

5、剥去烤甜椒的皮,椒肉切丁。辣椒剥皮后对切去籽,切丁。然后全部倒入有果汁及油的沙拉盆中搅拌,便制成辣沙司(salsa)。鸡脯盛入餐盘,旁边舀上辣沙司上桌。

九、红酒香草烤羊排

羊排,不仅是西餐厅桌上的常客,也是西方家庭主妇们惯用的烹饪食材。这道烤羊排工序较为复杂,但味道拥有丰富的层次,红酒、蜂蜜、以及迷迭香能让羊排的口味更富有变化。

材料:羊排、洋葱、蒜末、姜丝、红酒、柠檬汁、蜂蜜、盐、油、酱油、迷迭香。

做法:

1、将羊排洗净,用纸吸干水;将盐抹在羊排身上,放入器皿中,加入洋葱、姜、蒜,腌制约两小时。

2、将红酒、酱油、柠檬汁、蜂蜜调匀,倒入器皿中,撒上迷迭香,将其放入冰箱中腌制24小时以上。腌制过程中,不时将羊排翻几下,好使酱料均匀入味。

3、腌制完成后,将羊排取出,拣去洋葱、蒜、姜,在剩下的配料中再加入一勺蜂蜜,调匀后成酱汁。在烤盘上铺上锡纸放在烤箱底层,将羊排放在烤架上,刷上酱汁入预热后的烤箱。

4、180℃烤约20分钟,中间将羊排翻一次身并再刷一次酱。将羊排取出,撒上迷迭香,再放入烤箱,200℃10分钟即可。
