2茶匙(tsp)薄荷叶切碎;

做 法:

炒菜锅用中温预热,加入橄榄油和小红洋葱碎中温煸炒至洋葱碎绵软;接着放大蒜末和孜然略翻炒出香味后盛盘;待凉后,加入羊肉末等剩余所有食材搅拌,放一点点盐调味(做给1岁左右小朋友吃的话,也可以不加盐若用食物处理机搅拌效果更好);再把搅拌好的肉末分成8份挤成肉丸状,放置1-2小时;

烤箱温度选择 "High 375华摄度" 预热5分钟,放入肉丸烤8分钟,翻身再烤5分钟 至熟,装盘冷却。

用小包饼(Pitta Bread Pockets,吃前可在烤箱内高温略烤3分钟加热)放入生菜垫底,抹上些酸奶,撒些番茄碎,包入冷却的肉丸,就可以开吃了。

2杯南瓜块去皮,加水煮熟,用勺子压成南瓜茸;

1/4 茶匙(tsp) 盐;

2汤匙(tbsp)普通面粉;

黄油或者蔬菜油;
